摘 要:用超声波提取法提取酸浆宿萼总黄酮,用乙醇回流法提取酸浆宿萼多糖。通过重现性试验和加标回收实验,验证了方法的可靠性和准确性。结果表明,新疆酸浆宿萼总黄酮的含量为1.704 mg/g,平均回收率为99.90%,RSD=1.44%(n=3);酸浆宿萼多糖的含量为0.632 g/g,平均回收率为98.92%,RSD=1.02%(n=5)。Total flavonoids was extracted by ultrasonic method and polysaccharides was extracted with ethanol by heated reflux from persistent calyx of Physalis alkekengiL. Var. Francheti (Mast.) Makino.The reliability and accuracy was proved through recurring and recovery ratio experiment.The results showed that:the content of total flavonoids was 1.704 mg/g , and the average recovery rate was 99.90 % , RSD=1.44 % (n= 3); The content of polysaccharides was 0.632 g/g, and the average recovery rate was 98.92 % ,RSD=1.02 % (n= 5).
