摘　　要：目的探索宜良县乡村医生的卫生服务补偿的影响因素,为调整乡村医生的报酬提供科学依据.方法采用问卷调查表的方式对宜良县的166名乡村医生进行普查.结果经过多重线性回归分析得出,影响乡村医生的报酬的因素主要是对目前发放的乡村医生报酬合理性的评价、开展疾病预防控制的天数、家庭每年的看病支出、开展医疗活动的区域、进行妇幼保健工作的天数、0～7岁儿童的人数.结论乡村医生报酬的影响因素是多因素的.Objective To explore the influcing factors on the hygienic service compensates of Kunming Yiliang County rural doctor, so as to offer scientific evidence for enhances rural doctors the hygienic service compensates. Methods Using the questionaire about 166 Kunming Yiliang County rural doctors. Results Stepwise regression analysis showed that seven factors influenced the reward of rural doctors, including the reasonable assessment of rural doctors ＇reward, the workdays of the planned immunization program, expenditure of seeing doctor every year, the scope of work, the workdays of mother and children care, and the number of 0 - 7 years old children. Conclusions Many factors can influnce the reward of rural doctors.
