摘  要:本文主要论述了软胶辊改善成纱条干CV值的机理。由于软胶辊硬度低,变形大,和罗拉接触孤相对增长,使纤维变速点后移,在缩短浮游区长度的同时,也缩短了加捻三角区的长度,消除了须条在罗拉上包围孤。从而,使整个牵伸机物对纤维的控制能力增强,减少或消除了罗拉抖动对条干的影响。软胶辊由于加压相对减轻,罗拉弯曲和振动的几率减小,再加上软胶辊的吸振作用,纺纱质量明显提高。文章同时也指出,要用好软胶辊,必须选用渗透性好的涂料,结合纺纱原料,胶管型号等条件优选涂料配方,以适应纺纱工艺要求。This paper deals with the mechanism that soft rubber cots improve yarn CV value. Thanks to the low hardness and great destortion of soft rubber cots and longer contact arc with rollers,the speed variation point moves backward, both floating zone and twisting triangle zone are shortened, wrapping are of strands over rollers is cleared up. Therefor the control over fibres by the drafting system is strengthened, the influence of rollers' vibration upon slivers decreased or eliminated.Due to less presure applied and that soft rubber cots can absorb vibration themselves, the probability of rollers' bendidg and vibration are reduced, spinning quality obviously improved. The paper also points out that to make correct use of soft rubber cots, it is necessary to choose coatings of good penetration and pay great attention to coatings formulation. The formulation should be selected according to yarn material, cot type and other spinning factors so as to meet the requirements of spinning technology.
