青少年网络成瘾行为的影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解青少年网络成瘾行为的影响因素,为网络成瘾的识别和矫正提供更多的参考依据。方法采用整群简单随机抽样方法,选取孝义市初一至高三年级18个班的中学生1 156名为研究对象,采用自编网络使用情况问卷和网络成瘾诊断量表进行调查。结果不同年级和性别的青少年网络成瘾人数和比例不同;上网时间和网络成瘾成正比;在网吧上网的成瘾率最高,不同网上行为中网络游戏成瘾率最高;青少年所处的家庭内外环境和网络成瘾有关。结论性别、上网时间、地点、上网行为及家庭、学校因素对青少年的网络成瘾有影响,应采取有效措施进行干预以改善青少年的网络成瘾现状。Objective To study the influential factors of internet addiction behaviors among the adolescents,and to provide more evidence for preventing internet addiction.Methods A total of 1 156 middle school students were chosen using simple random sampling from grade 7 to grade 12 in Xiaoyi middle schools.The self-administered questionnaire and internet addiction test were used to investigate the internet addiction behaviors of the adolescents. Results The numbers of the adolescents with internet addiction disorder at different grades and genders were different.The on-line time was positively related to the prevalence of internet addiction disorder.The percentage of addiction was highest in the students who were on line in net bar,especially in the students playing on-line games.The environment of family and school had the greatest influence on internet addiction behaviors. Conclusion The gender,on-line time,the place of surfing the net,and on-line behaviors,the environment of family and school brings the greater influence on internet addiction behaviors among the adolescents.Effective intervention measures should be taken to improve the internet addiction disorder of the adolescents.
