摘 要:电磁感应装定技术是目前国内外引信无线装定技术的主要手段之一,其工程化已较为成熟,但理论研究仍处于初级阶段。电磁感应装定的理论研究,对实现管式武器中引信与弹丸发射系统的信息传递很重要。初级线圈缠绕在发射筒上,次级线圈在引信中,两个线圈在火箭弹信息装定时,构成电磁耦合回路,采用电磁感应方式将火控信息及时地传递给引信,引信电路经过解码分析得到装定信息,从而实现对弹丸的精确控制。利用ANSYS建立火箭弹电磁感应装定分析模型,讨论空气间隙、频率对装定性能的影响,重点分析多管之间的干扰问题,对工程化设计应用提供参考。The electromagnetic induction setting technology is one of the primary methods of fuze wireless setting,which is a mature technology in engineering at present, but its theory research is still in its infancy. The theory of the electromagnetic induction setting is very important for achieving information transfer between fuzes and projectile firing system of tubular weapons. The primary coil is winded on the fired canister and the secondary coil is in the fuze, both form an electromagnetic coupled loop at rocket information setting, the fire control information is transformed to the fuze through electromagnetic induction method in time, then the fuze circuit obtains setting information after decoding analysis to achieve accurately control of the projectile. By using ANSYS the electromagnetic induction setting analysis model of rocket is established to discuss the influence of air gap and frequency to the setting effect. The interference problem among multl-tubular rockets is the emphasis to analysis,which will be a good instruction for the engineering design.
