摘  要:针对孤东油田热采井注气时高温蒸汽在高渗层和大孔道形成蒸汽窜及后期出砂问题,研制出具有蒸汽转向和防砂的多功能化学剂,该化学剂由硅酸盐基料、油溶性增孔剂(PA)、发气型增孔剂(LF)、碱溶性增孔剂(BJS)以及孔隙连通剂ZWXW组成,各组成质量比为:基料:PA: LF:BJS:ZWXW=100:8:0.05:1:1.5,其中,连通剂ZWXW直径为0.1~0.3 mm,长度5~10 mm。该化学剂60℃下养护48 h后,固结体抗压强度为6.01 MPa,渗透率为0.010 23μm^2,但注气后经过蒸汽的高温降解作用渗透率增大到1.0μm^2,抗压强度为5 MPa,能够满足注完气开井生产后的防砂要求。室内高温高压蒸汽模拟实验和现场应用情况表明,该化学剂蒸汽平均转向率达51.5%,起到了先期蒸汽转向和后期防砂双重作用,目前该化学剂正在孤东油田进行推广应用。Multifunctional chemical agent was developed to solve initial steam diversion and sand production at later stage in high permeable zones and large channels during gas injection in Gudong Oilfield thermal production well. The chemical agent comprised silicate base stock, oil soluble channel enlarger(PA) ,gas- generating channel enlarger(LF) ,alkali -soluble channel enlarger(BJS) and channel interaction agen( ZWXW). The mass ratio of the base stock,PA ,LF,BJS,and ZWXW was 100: 8.0: 0.05: 1: 1.5. Diameter and length of interconnected agent were 0.1 - 0.3 and 5 - 10 mm respectively. The compress strength and permeability of cumulates were 6.01 MPa and 0.01023 μm^2 after the chemical agent was cured at 60 ℃ for 48 hours. The permeability and compress strength of cumulates were changed to 1.0 μm^2 and 5 MPa after gas injection and degradation at duction. Labo had two functi Oilfield. high temperature, which could meet the demand for sand after gas injection and well startup proratory simulation and field application showed that the diversion rate of steam was 51.5% ,which ons of initial steam diversion and later sand control. The chemical agent was applied in Gudong Oilfield.
