摘　　要：本文介绍了PLC在电子称重式自动定量包装机控制系统中的应用。为解决自动定量包装机的可靠性和稳定性问题．设计了一种基于PLC的定量包装机自动控制系统，该控制系统由电子称量仪表、SIMATIC S7—200PLC和TP170B触摸屏构成。作者论述了该包装机的系统组成及工作原理，并对控制系统的软、硬件设计进行了详细的分析，还总结了该系统的可靠性、稳定性和经济性等优点。The paper presents the application of PLC in the control system of the weighing auto-fixed-quantity packing machine. In order to cope with reliability and stability of auto-fixed-quantity packing machine, an auto-control system for the fixed-quantity packing machine based on PLC is designed. The system is composed of the electronic weighing instrument, SIMATIC ST-200PLC and TP170B touch screen. The author elaborates the system composition and the working principle of the packing machine, analyzes in detail the design of the software and hardware and summarizes the merits of the system, like reliability, stability, economical efficiency and so on.
