我国种业整合模式与途径研究

摘　　要：种业整合是组建我国种业"航空母舰"的关键。我国种业整合的模式应该以纵向整合优先,横向整合为主;种业整合的层次应该循着宏观整合、微观整合和中观整合的顺序进行;种业整合的基本措施应该是立足第一产业,强化第三产业,重视第二产业。Seed industry consolidation is a key to set up seed industry aircraft carrier in China. Vertical consolidation is prior to horizontal consolidation and horizontal consolidation is the main patterns of seed industry consolidation-seed industry consolidation arrangement should keep to sequence as following： first macro consolidation and second micro consolidation and the third middle consolidation; and the basic approach of seed industry consolidation should be based upon the first industry, strengthen the tertiary industry,and regard the secondary industry.
