浅谈我国企业创新文化建设

摘　　要：提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家是我国发展战略的核心。企业是创新的主体,培育企业创新文化不仅对建设国家创新体系有重大的影响,而且对于企业适应知识经济时代的新变化、提高企业的文化软实力和推动科技创新具有战略意义。我国多数企业创新文化建设处于初始阶段,各级政府应为企业营造良好的创新环境,企业应牢固树立创新价值观,建立健全支持技术创新的企业制度和政策体系。Enhancing the capability of, self-innovation and constructing the innovative country is the core of our country′s developing strategy. Enterprises are the subject of innovation. Fostering the enterprise innovative culture is important to construct national innovative system, and is strategically essential to the era of knowl- edge economy, the enhancement of the soft enterprising innovative power and the promotion of scientific inno- vation. Most of our enterprises＇ innovative culture construction are in its infancy. The government should foster a good environment for enterprise innovative. And the enterprises should maintain firmly the innovation values, and should establish policy systems for technology innovation.
