摘　　要：目的评价怀宁县实施结核病项目效果，为控制结核病提供依据。方法对2002-2006年结核病控制项目资料进行评价分析。结果5年共接诊可疑肺结核症状者6416例，发现新发涂阳肺结核病人1212例，新发涂阳病人登记率由2002年的10．13／10万上升到2006年的46．31／10万，初治涂阳病人的治愈率从2002年的71．0％提高到2006年的89．8％。结论怀宁县结核病控制项目取得显著成效。Objective To evaluate the effect of TB control project in Huaining County and provide basis for controUing TB prevalence. Methods The implementation data from 2002 to 2006 were summarized and analyzed. Results During 2002-2006, 6416 TB suspects made clinical consultation to TB dispensaries. 1 212 new smear positive TB eases had been detected . The notification rate of positive TB eases was raised from 10.13/10,0000 in 2002 to 46.31/10,0000 in 2006. The cure rate of new smear positive TB eases was increased from 71.0% in 2002 to 89.8% in 2006. Conclusions The TB control project in Huaining county got a good effect.
