摘  要:借助SEM、衍射分析等手段对SiO2,CaO-SiO2,ZrO2-SiO2及其复合物改善ZrO2-CaO-C浸入式水口抗Al2O3附着的机理进行了研究.结果表明:在浇铸温度下,含SiO2添加剂都能促进CaZrO3与Al2O3反应生成CaO-Al2O3-SiO2低熔点化合物而被流动的钢水冲走,防止了Al2O3的附着;扩散传质速度直接决定着CaZrO3的分解程度,CaSiO3及其复合添加剂由于在与CaZrO3的反应中生成较大量的液相而使其传质速度加快,从而使CaZrO3分解的程度变大;在含SiO2添加剂中,CaSiO3-SiO2复合添加剂促进CaZrO3分解的程度最大.By means of SEM and XRD, the mechanism of improving the anti Al2O3 adhesion property of ZrO2-CaO-C submerged entry nozzle was studied with addition of silicon dioxide, wollastonite, zircon - silicon dioxide and their composite. The results show that, under continuous casting temperature, the addition of silica-containing agents can promote the reaction of calcium zirconate with Al2O3 to form CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 with low melting temperature, which is then washed away by steel, and thereby prevented the adhesion of Al2O3. The decomposition degree of calcium zirconate depends on the diffusion of the additives. The addition of wollastonite and its composite can promote the decomposition of calcium zirconate due to their fast diffusion facilitated by the plenty of liquid phase generated by the reaction with calcium zirconate, Among all the silica-containing additives, wollastonite-silicon dioxide composite has the best effect to promote the decomposion of calcium zirconate.
