摘　　要：目的:检测活动期皮肌炎(dermatomyositis,DM)患者外周血CD4+T细胞中转化生长因子β1(transforminggrowth factor-β1,TGF-β1)以及血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)含量。初步探讨CD4+T细胞TGF-β1在皮肌炎发病机制中的作用。方法:收集12例活动期皮肌炎患者和12例健康对照者外周血,采用免疫磁珠分离法获得CD4+T细胞,通过RT-PCR方法检测出各组TGF-β1表达水平。观察CD4+T细胞中TGF-β1表达与CK含量的相关性。结果:活动期皮肌炎患者外周血CD4+T细胞中TGF-β1相对表达量为0.751±0.107,显著高于健康对照0.438±0.170?P<0.05?。CD4+T细胞TGF-β1表达量与CK含量呈中度正相关?r=0.67,P<0.05?。结论:活动性皮肌炎患者外周血CD4+T细胞中TGF-β1 mRNA表达显著升高,可能与皮肌炎疾病发生有关。Objective： To investigate the expression of trans-forming growth factor-β1 （TGF-β1）mRNA in CD4^＋ T cells of peripheral blood from the dermatomyositis （DM）patients in active stage, and explore the association with serum creatinkinase levels. Methods： CD^4 ＋T cells from peripheral blood were isolated by microbeads,and TGF-β1 mRNA was measured by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction （RT- PCR）. Results： The expression of TGF-β1 was significantly higher in CD4^＋ T cells from the dermatomyositis patients than those from healthy control group （0.751 ±0. 107 vs 0.438 ±0. 170,P 〈0.05 ） . There was positive correlation between the expression levels of TGF-β1 mRNA and serum creatinkinase levels（ r = 0.67 ,P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： TGF-β1 was significantly higher in CD4^＋ T cells of peripheral blood from the dermatomyositis patients. TGF-β1 may play a role in the damage of DM.
