摘 要:目的:探讨作为骨修复材料的无机活性元素骨组织工程支架材料的止血机制。方法:体外测试无机活性元素骨组织工程支架材料的比表面积、孔隙率、吸水率和膨胀度;将无机活性元素骨组织工程支架材料置入血液浸泡后,通过血流变实验和血小板聚集实验,检测血液粘度的变化和血小板的聚集情况,并用扫描电镜观察材料对血小板的黏附情况及血小板形态的影响。所有数据采用SPSS11.0软件包进行分析,实验组与对照组两两比较采用配对t检验。结果:无机活性元素骨组织工程支架材料的比表面积为210m^2/g,孔隙率90%,吸水率34%,膨胀度5.6%;置入血液后,在中、高切变率下导致血液粘度增高(P<0.05),并对血小板有一定的聚集和黏附作用。结论:无机活性元素骨组织工程支架材料具有良好的止血特性,是一种极具潜力的骨修复材料。PURPOSE: To study the hemostatic mechanism of the inorganic active element bone scaffold materials in vitro. METHODS: The specific surface area, along with the permeability ratio and expansion degree of the inorganic active element bone scaffold materials were evaluated in vitro. Experiments on alteration of hemorheology and platelet aggregation were done to detect the change of blood viscosity and activity of platelet aggregation after immersion of bone scaffold materials in the blood, and platelet adhesion with bone scaffold materials were observed under scanning electron microscope (SEM). The resuhs were analyzed by using SPSSI 1.0 software package for paired t test. RESULTS: The specific surface area of the inorganic active element bone scaffold materials was 210mVg, porous ratio was 90%, permeability ratio was 34% and expansion degree was 5.6%. The inorganic active element bone scaffold materials could increase the blood viscosity at median shear rate and high shear rate after immersion in the blood (P〈0.05) and induce the aggregation and adhesion of the platelet. CONCLUSION: The inorganic active element bone scaffold materials possesses favorable hemostasis characteristic, which makes it one of the high potential scaffold materials of bone tissue engineering.
