摘 要:在分析螺旋离心泵特殊结构和性能的基础上,对某型螺旋式离心泵进行了试验。根据试验的结果,指出了影响螺旋式离心泵性能的几种因素,并对这几种重要影响因素进行了定性的分析。通过对该型泵试验结果的分析,提出了相对应的解决措施。利用这些解决措施对试验用泵进行了改进,得到了改进后试验结果,同时对改进前后的试验结果与设计参数进行了对比。结果表明,在泵的设计中几何参数的选择、叶轮出口安放角β2、叶轮与锥型吸入室间的间隙δ等是影响螺旋式离心泵性能的重要因素,并为以后泵的设计和优化提供依据。Based on the analysis of the special structural form and function of a screw centrifugal pump,the experiments for the screw centrifugal pump were conducted.According to the results obtained from the experiment,some factors influencing the function of the screw centrifugal pump were found.The qualitative analysis of some key factors affecting the function was performed.Aim at the analysis of the experimental results,the solutions were proposed.The improvements for the pump were carried out using the proposed solutions,and the test with the improved pump was done.At the same time,a comparison between the test results as well as the design parameters before the improvement and the ones after the improvement was done.The results show that the choice of pump geometric parameters in the design,the impeller export placed angle β2,gap δ between the impeller and the conical inhalation room are important for the function of the screw centrifugal pump.The results attained can be used as a reference for the design and optimization of the pump in future.
