摘  要:研究了活塞环硬质表面制备铸渗工艺。结果表明:浇铸温度是影响活塞环表面合金化质量的主要影响因素。在浇铸温度为1620~1650℃、涂层厚度为2.0~3.5mm、粘结剂加入量为3%、熔剂的加入量为4%及烘烤温度为300℃保温3h的条件下,制备出的活塞环硬质表层的组织致密,合金层具有珠光体基体及大量的碳化物,并具有高硬度及高抗磨性。The cast-in-place surface hardening process was studied.The main process factor influencing the qualities of surface alloying of a piston ring was pouring temperature,and the optimum process parameters were determined,which provided a basis for practical production.The test result indicated that the best optimum pouring temperature was between 1620℃ and 1650℃ and keeping the temperature at 300℃ for 3 hours,as a result,the coating thickness was 2.0 mm to 3.5 mm,the amount of the binder is 3%,and the flux is 4%.In this way,the alloy layer with better quality can be obtained and has pearlite matrix and a lot of carbide leading to a high hardness and good wear resistance.
