基于灰色0-1规划的工程项目施工作业分配研究

摘　　要：工程项目实施通常由不同作业队伍在相互配合的情况下最终形成建筑产品,使整个项目在质量、投资、工期目标的约束下达到项目总效益最大化。本文以项目总效益最大化为目标,利用灰色0-1规划理论研究在工程项目实施中参与队伍之间作业的分配方法,并通过算例说明在工程项目的三大目标约束条件下灰色0-1规划理论作业分配方法的合理性和科学性。The project implementation is often finished by different operating teams in good cooperation and eventually constitutes the building products so that the whole project achieves maximum benefit in terms of quality,investment and total project period goal under the restrictions.The author employs the maximum total return as the objective,uses Gray 0-1 theory to research the distribution of work among the teams involved in the project in this paper.The calculation results show that the method is rational and scientific under the three main objectives of the project.
