摘　　要：法学教育中引入双语教学是我国改革开放、与国际接轨、教育改革发展以及大学生素质教育的必然趋势,但这一新领域的理论基础薄弱、实践问题突出。为此,文章从法学双语教学含义入手,结合教学实践,对高校法学双语教学中存在的主要问题及对策等方面进行分析和探讨。The introduction of bilingual teaching in legal education is an inevitable trend of China＇s reform and opening, the international practice, and the reform and development of quality education for college students. But this new field＇s theoretical foundation is weak, the practical problem is prominent. Starting with the meaning of bilingual law teaching, the combination of teaching practice, this article discusses the main problems and countermeasures of bilingual law teaching in colleges and universities.
