补肾方剂对骨质疏松性骨折临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾方剂对骨质疏松性骨折愈合影响。方法:对60例不同部位骨质疏松性骨折的患者随机分成治疗组、对照组,6周后对比两组血清骨性碱磷酶(BALP)I、型前胶原羧基端肽(PICP)、骨钙素(BGP)骨形成生化指标变化以及骨强度(SOS)治疗情况,6周、12周后在X线下观察骨折愈合情况。结果:治疗组6周后BALP、PICP、BGP水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);12周后治疗组骨折愈合占97%,对照组骨折愈合占77%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗6周后SOS差异无统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:补肾方剂对骨质疏松骨折骨痂生长,促进骨形成疗效明显。Objective： To study effects of fracture healing treat by Tonifying Kidney Chinese Herbs on postmenopausal women fracture of osteoporosis. Methods： 60 fracture eases with different place of postmenopausal women osteoporosis were divided into experiential group （given oral） and control group , After they took the Tonifying Kidney Chinese Herbs（TKCH） we view the clinical effective rates and bone metabolite indexes including bone mass density（SOS）, bone glaeonfaining protein （BGP）,ealeiton in （BICP）and parathorm one（BALP） .Every patient took X-rays to analysis the fracture healing after 6 and 12 weeks. Results： The levels of SOS-T,BGP,PICP and BALP were decreased signifieantly（P〈0.01）and the rate healing of fracture in treat group was 97% after 12 weeks .Conclusion： It was suggested that TKCH was one of an effectively therapeutic method for fracture healing of postmenopausal women fracture of osteoporosis.
