摘 要:中国社会转型给不同职业群体带来了巨大的冲击,在构建"和谐社会"的理念之下,关注不同职业群体心理健康状况及其与经济绩效的关联性是当代心理学的重要使命之一.相关研究表明,当代中国20~30岁青年压力感最强;中层管理人员在职业群体中压力水平最高;职业群体应激源包括职业发展、住房问题、工作特征等九大因素.结合中国文化背景对职业群体应激源、心理健康及其与经济绩效关系的多学科、纵向追踪研究和理论建构是近期主要发展趋势.The transformation of Chinese society has left great impact on various professional groups, u nuer me concept of constructing a "harmonious society" , it is one of important missions for psychology to focus on the professionals' mental health as well as the relationship between their mental health and economic performance.
