摘　　要：目的建立了珠子肝泰分散片中鞣云实精的HPLC测定方法。方法色谱柱为反相C-18柱,流动相为甲醇- 0.4%醋酸水溶液(22:78),检测波长为268nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。进样量为20μL。对测定方法进行了方法学考察。结果三批样品的鞣云实精的含量分别为5.31、5.24、5.20mg/片。结论该方法可行,便于操作。Objective To establish the HPLC methods for determination of corilagin contents. Methods The determination of corilagin was performed on a RP - C18 column using methol -0.4% acetic acid as mobile phase. The wavelength was 268 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and sample size was 20 μL. Results The proposed methods are simple, reproducible and sensitive. Conclusions The content of corilagin of three batch products is 5.31 mg, 5. 24 mg, 5.20 mg per tablet respectively.
