沙培林治疗颌面部淋巴管瘤208例临床分析

摘　　要：目的总结沙培林瘤内注射治疗口腔颌面部淋巴管瘤的疗效。方法2000年1月至2006年1月用沙培林注射治疗口腔颌面部淋巴管瘤共208例,每2周注射1次,每3次为1个疗程。结果经6个月至6年以上随访,治愈率为85.58%,好转为9.62%,总有效率为96.63%。结论沙培林局部注射治疗淋巴管瘤疗效高、疗程短,是一种简便、安全的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of sapylin in the treatment of lymphangioma in the maxillofacial regions. Methods 208 cases of lymphangioma in the oral maxillofacial regions from January 2000 to January 2006 were reviewed. Sapylin was injected into the cavity or in the circumference of the lymphangioma, and the injection may be repeated every 2 weeks for 3 times. Results The patients were followed up for 6 months - 6 years. 85.58% were cured, and 9.62% were improved. The total efficiency rate was 96. 63%. Conclusions This method is a safe, simple and highly effective therapy for lymphangioma in the maxillofacial regions.
