摘　　要：目的:探讨规范化地实施医疗设备巡视检查及维护保养工作的意义。方法:为每一位维修人员制定了切实可行的巡视要求、保养计划,并不断将设备巡视检查及维护保养工作充实到设备维修工作、岗位要求的各项相关制度中,维修人员按要求实施,管理人员对计划完成情况进行监督及考核。结果:减少了临床医疗设备的被动性维修,减少了仪器设备使用中的故障所导致的医疗事故,设备使用率提高。结论:将设备巡检保养工作制度化,维修人员依据规范化的实施要求,对全院设备进行巡视检查及维护保养,以科学的管理、经济的费用、及时的维护,确保设备的完好率与安全、合理的运行。Objective This paper discusses the significance of the standardized inspective tour and preventive maintenance of medical equipments.Methods We draw up the requirement of the tour of inspection and the plan of preventive maintenance for each maintenance engineer. They are enriched into relevant rules and regulations. The engineers carry out the works according to the requirement. The administrators supervise and check the status of the engineers＇works.Results We reduce the break- down maintenance and the medical negligence caused by equipments failure effectively, and raise the utilization rate of medical equipments. Conclusions To systemize and standardize the PM and tour of inspection can help the engineers carry out their work normally. With scientific management, economical cost and timely maintenance, we can insure the intact rate and the reliability of the medical equipments.
