摘 要:为更清晰地揭示离心叶轮机械内部的复杂流动,在实验的基础上,用非线性动力学理论研究了油膜运动的物理现象,油流谱中奇点的局部特性和奇点的分布规律,建立了油膜运动的控制方程及其边界条件,并对离心叶轮机械在非设计工况下内流分离特性进行了预测.结果表明:叶片表面流谱中奇点的类型、数目和分布情况会随流动条件不同而变化,叶片表面流动分离奇点有鞍点、结点和焦点3种基本形式.叶轮机械内部复杂的三元流动在油流实验中得到了很好的验证.In order to uncover the complicated flow in three-dimensional space in the centrifugal machines, the physical phenomenon of oil film motion, distribution and local character of singularity were studied with the theory of non-liner dynamic based on experiments, a controlling equation and boundary condition of oil film motion were established. The inner fluid separation characteristics of centrifugal machines under the off-designed operation condition was predicted. The results show that the type, number, distribution of singularity in the flow spectrum changed with different flow conditions. The "flow separation singularity on the blade surface has three kinds of basic types, including saddle, node and focus. Three-dimensional interior flow mode of turbomachinery is proved by experimental results.
