摘　　要：针对汽车鼓式制动蹄铁总成中的蹄铁表面处理的必要性进行了详细阐述.介绍了本所研制的蹄铁超声波清洗-浸胶-固化生产线的结构,系统的相关技术参数,工作原理以及工艺要求.通过实际地生产应用,证明本系统实用性强,效率高.This paper represents the necessity of surface processing of the drum brake shoe, introduces the development of ultrasonic brake shoe clean-gumming-solidify production line, including the structure, the related technical parameter of the system, the basic work principle and the technical requirements. It is proved that the system is highly practical and efficient through production and application.
