摘 要:目的探讨长时间的运动训练对正常大鼠体温和细菌酯多糖(LPS)引起发热反应的影响与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的关系。方法用无线遥测技术测量大鼠的体温和活动。使用转轮训练8周后,观察长时间运动训练对正常大鼠体温和LPS(50μg/kg)引起发热反应的影响。采用双抗夹心ELISA法测定血浆中的IL-6。结果①大鼠进行自愿转轮运动训练8周后,白天和夜间的体温均明显提高。在白天,运动组大鼠的体温平均较对照组升高0.4℃;在夜间,运动组较对照组升高0.5℃。②长时间运动训练可明显提高动物对LPS的发热反应,即在白天给LPS均能提高运动训练组和对照组动物的体温,但运动训练组的发热反应明显高于对照组。③在白天,运动和对照组的活动几乎是相同的;但在夜间,运动组的活动略高于对照组。④长时间运动训练能明显提高血浆中IL-6水平,尤其是给LPS后提高更明显。结论实验证明,长时间运动训练可明显提高大鼠的正常体温和对LPS的发热反应,其作用与血浆中IL-6提高有密切关系。Objective To determine the effect of long-term exercise training on normal body temperature and lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced febrile responses in the rat and the relationship with interleukin-6(IL-6).Methods Core temperature(Tc)and motor activity were monitored by radiotelemetry.Effects of long-term exercise training on normal body temperature and LPS-induced febrile responses were observed in rats after 8 weeks of access to running wheels. Plasma IL-6 was measured by a double mAb sandwich ELISA.Results ① After animals voluntarily trained on running wheels for 8 weeks,there were significant elevations in daytime and nighttime core temperature of the exercise rats.On the average,core temperature of the exercise group was 0.4℃ higher than that of the control group during the daytime.During the nighttime,the core temperature of the exercise group was 0.5℃ higher than that of the control group.② Exercise training led to a marked increase in the pyrogenic effects of LPS.That is,both control and exercise animals underwent an elevation in daytime core temperature following LPS,but the febrile response was greater in the exercise group.③ During the daytime,motor activity was almost identical in both exercise and control animals.At nighttime,motor activity of the exercise animals was slightly higher than in the control animals.④ Plasma IL-6 of exercise groups increased significantly after long-term exercise training, especially of the LPS-treated animals.Conclusion The data indicated that long-term exercise training led to a marked increase in normal body temperature and the pyrogenic effect of LPS.Its effect is closely relative with elevation in the Plasma IL-6.
