摘　　要：目的开发一套可满足ISO 15189质量管理体系的网络信息系统。方法检验科根据ISO 15189质量管理体系提出软件要求,检验软件专业开发公司利用SQL Server 2000和Delphi7.0进行开发,系统包括样本条形码系统、样本登记系统、样本执行状态显示系统、条形码双向通讯系统、检验数据管理系统、室内质控管理系统、传染病统计报告系统、仪器管理系统、试剂/耗材管理系统、人事档案系统、持续改正管理系统。结果这套系统功能强大,含盖面广。应用一年多来,实现了全院范围内的数据共享和通讯,优化了检验流程,检验科工作的每一环节都得到了有效控制和规范管理,提高了检验质量。结论这套软件方便实用,具备很高的推广应用价值。Objective The Development and Application of network information system for laboratory＇s quality management could meet to ISO 15189. Methods To meet with the Laboratory＇s need of managing their quality, we have developed this professional laboratory software using SQL Server 2000 as database and Delphi 7.0 as program language together with a professional laboratory＇s software company. The system network information for laboratory＇s quality management including bar code samples, sample registration system, the samples showed that the implementation of the state systems, bar code two-way communication system, inspection data management system, internal quality control management systems, statistical reporting system of infectious diseases, equipment management systems, reagents / supplies management system, personnel records system, continuing to correct management system. Results This system fully functional, fully in accordance with ISO 15189 Quality Management System Requirements. Application for more than a year to achieve a full house within the scope of laboratory＇s data sharing and communication, standardized laboratory＇s management, improve efficiency and quality of work. Conclusion The software, convenient and practical, with the popularization and application of high value.
