摘　　要：本文尝试根据时代变化对图书馆功能的影响来探讨现代图书馆员应该具备的素质,指出除了应该具备传统的基本知识技能外,应该加强自己的人文素养,以适应建立和谐社会的需要。Based on the big environment change of hospital library, to discuss the basic quality of a librarian ,and point out that the hospital librarian should lean the basic professional skills and knowledge ,and the emergent thing is to culture ours humanities,to meet the need of building the harmonious society today.
