摘　　要：随着网络技术的发展,基于STEP的产品数据交换体系已经不能够完全满足网络化协同产品开发的要求。XML作为互联网上一种优秀的数据交换标准语言,在网络化产品数据交换和共享方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。讨论了STEP与XML两种文件格式之间的转换技术和基于SOAP的XML数据的网络传输技术,给出了封装和传输XML数据的关键代码,并在此基础上提出了一个基于WEB的协同产品开发平台系统框架,为实现基于WEB的产品数据交换与共享提供了一个解决途径。With the development of the network technology, the product data exchange system on STEP is not able to satisfy the need of the networked cooperative product development. As one of the most excellent standard languages of data exchange in Internet, XMI, plays a more important role in the networked product data exchange and sharing. The data exchange technology between STEP and XML and the transmission technology of XML data on SOAP were discussed, some key JAVA codes of the XML data encapsulation and transmission were offered. The framework of collaborative product development platform based on WEB was disposed. A solving approach was put forward for the product data exchange and sharing on WEB.
