摘　　要：脂联素是新发现的由白色脂肪组织表达的特异性蛋白,具有244个氨基酸多肽。肿瘤坏死因子α是一种主要由单核-巨噬细胞分泌的具有多种生物学效应的细胞因子。脂联素和肿瘤坏死因子α在充血性心力衰竭患者中水平是升高的,在心力衰竭的发生和发展中起着重要的作用。Adiponectin is a newly discovered complement-related 244 amino-acid protein produced exclusively by white adipose tissue. TNF-α is a kind of cytokine, which has many biological effect, secreted by monocyte-macrophage. The level of adiponectin and tumor necrosis factor alpha （ TNF-α） is increased in patients with congestive heart failure and may play an important role in the development and progression of heart failure.
