摘　　要：基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)属CXC类化学趋化因子,它在许多生理和病理过程中起着重要的作用,参与体内造血、心脏形成、血管发生、神经发育和免疫细胞的运输等过程;在肿瘤转移、炎症过程以及组织缺血等病理状态下也起了一定的作用。现对SDF-1在心血管疾病方面的作用及其作用机制作一综述。Stromal derived factor-1 （ SDF-1 ） is a member of chemokine family. It plays an important role in many biological and patho- logical conditions including hematopoiesis, cardiogenesis, vasculogenesis, neuronal development and immune cell trafficking. It also be implicated in cancer, inflammatory processes and tissue isehemia. This article gave a summary about the role of SDF-1 and its mechanism that associated with it in cardiovascular diseases.
