城网改扩建工程启动调试中若干问题探讨

摘　　要：通过对不同城网改扩建工程所进行的启动调试项目的分析,寻找影响电网安全运行和迅速完成系统调试启动的环节,提出了设备验收启动调试等过程中应该重点控制的工序,针对保证设备人身安全、减少倒闸操作次数、缩短启动调试时间、减少对系统及用户的影响提出对启动调试工作的优化建议,总结了启动调试技术原则和各类调试内容以及经典接线方式启动调试要点。According to the startup and debugging of different urban network extension project analysis, the essential control points of equipment startup and debugging are proposed by the causes search of network safety operation and fast system startup and debugging. The technique debugging principle, context and classical debugging manner are summarized to ensure personal and equipment safety, switching times decrease, startup and debugging time lessen. It is useful to propose reference to project management for dispatching.
