摘  要:原有的侧悬挂式整秆甘蔗收割机存在着液压驱动系统的动力性能差,运行效果不理想,以及采用机械传动的甘蔗根部切割器由于蔗地的杂草和蔗叶的影响而造成堵塞,切割刀盘的转速慢,离合器打滑以至发热过烧,传动失效,链条在受到冲击时容易发生断裂,发生安全事故等问题。为此,通过测试出收获机各执行机构的功耗及受力情况等工作参数,根据多支路同时工作和负载大小相差很大的要求,采用多路阀和减压调速回路,设计出了收获机的全液压驱动系统,在不需提高拖拉机功率的前提下,满足了系统不同支路在同时工作时压力和功率不同的要求,简化了收获机的整机机构设计,提高了动力驱动系统的稳定性。实验表明,该传动系统能够满足收割机各执行机构的动力性能要求,操作简便,效果良好。This paper focuses on the power transmission characteristic of the hanging whole-stalk sugarcane harvester which was developed by the College of Engineering, SCAU. The original hydraulic power driven system provides insufficient power, and the running effect is not good. Also, during the harvesting process, the base cutter of mechanical transmission is easily jammed because of the sugarcane leaves and weed, which will slow down the rotation speed of the cutter and even make the cutter stop rotation. When the cutter stops running for being jammed, the clutch will slip, and then overheat, which makes the power transmission disabled. In addition, the driving chain ruptures easily when being impacted, which triggers safety accidents. According to the working parameters such as the power consumption of every mechanism and the stress condition, which was figured out through tests, basing on the requirements of multiple-branch-circuit simultaneous working and the big differences of loads, by using multi-valves and pressure and flow control circuit, a whole hydraulic driven system was designed. The system can make pressure and power on different branch circuits diverse, without increasing the capacity of the harvester, which simplifies the framework design and enhance the stability of the power driven' system. Test results indicate that this system can satisfy the dynamical requirement of every components of the harvester; also, it is simple to operate and good efficiency.
