摘 要:以波纹钢腹板混凝土试验箱梁为研究对象,建立有限元模型,对试验箱梁的动力特性进行计算和分析,依据其动力特性的特点制定试验方案,对其动力特性进行实测。有限元分析结果和试验实测结果的对比分析表明:二者差别较小,证明了实测结果的正确性,也验证了有限元分析方法的精度和可行性。实际波纹钢腹板箱梁与一般混凝土腹板箱梁动力特性的有限元分析结果表明,波纹钢腹板混凝土箱梁扭转刚度偏低。对此提出增设横隔板改善扭转动力特性的方案。在箱梁中不同位置增设横隔板改善效果的比较表明,在端部区域适当增设横隔板对改善其扭转动力特性的效果最优。Based on the tested eoncrete box-girders with corrugated steel webs, the finite element models of the girder are established and the dynamic characteristies of the girder are calculated and analyzed. According to the dynamic characteristics of the tested girder, the experimental schemes are arranged and the dynamic characteristics of the girder are measured. The comparison between the measured results and the finite element analysis results show that there is little difference between them, which has proved that the measured results are accurate and the finite elements model is of high precision and feasibility. The contrasted finite elements analysis of the dynamic characteristics between a factual conerete box-girder with corrugated steel webs and a general box-girder with conerete webs shows that the torsion stiffness of the concrete box-girders with corrugated steel webs is lower relatively. The method of adding diaphragm to improve the torsion characteristic of the girder is put forward. Through the contrast of the improving effects of the different additional schemes, adding diaphragm at the end area of the box-girder is the optimal seheme to improve its torsion eharacteristic.
