摘 要:道岔尖轨和可动心轨用矮型特种断面钢轨(简称AT钢轨)加工制造。配合CHN60钢轨,AT钢轨断面可有不同的选择。通过对国内外AT钢轨基本参数和使用情况的分析,依据道岔结构的要求,认为中国客运专线道岔用AT钢轨应该在CHN60AT钢轨、Zul-60钢轨和60D钢轨中选择。对采用3种AT钢轨制造的尖轨的结构特点、强度、转换阻力以及不足位移等因素进行综合比选分析,并结合其他方面的要求及相关的技术标准,最终提出采用60D钢轨作为我国客运专线道岔AT钢轨的建议。在胶济线胶州北站的综合试验结果表明:采用60D钢轨制造的尖轨与CHN60钢轨的配合良好,转换阻力小于转辙机牵引力,且有较高的强度储备。The point rails and movable-nose frog of turnout can be processed and manufactured by shortstyle special section rails (AT rails). The sections of AT rails have different choice to match with CHN60 rails. By analyzing the basic parameters and service conditions of AT rails home and abroad, and based on the requirements for turnout structure, it is pointed out that AT rails used in passenger dedicated line in China should select from CHN60AT rail, Zul-60 rail and 60D rail. Comprehensive comparisons and analyses have been carried through on the above three kinds of AT rails in terms of the structure characteristics, intensity, switchover resistance and deficient displacement, etc. According to other requirements and cor- relative technical standards, 60D rails are finally suggested to be the AT rails for the turnouts of passenger dedicated line in China. Conclusions of comprehensive test in Jiaozhou North Station of Jiao-Ji Line indicate that the match is good between 60D AT rails and CHN60 main rails. The switchover resistance is less than the traction force of point switch machine, and AT rails have full strength reserve.
