摘 要:研究和试验采用一体式膜生物反应器(IMBR)处理青藏铁路站区的低温生活污水。结果表明:在常温条件下培养出来的活性污泥进入高原缺氧、低温的环境中,虽然其微生物增殖缓慢,但微生物的种群经过自然筛选可以逐步适应低温缺氧的自然环境;由于IMBR采用膜进行固液分离,能有效克服与污泥沉降性能有关的限制条件,尽管在缺氧、低温环境下IMBR内活性污泥的浓度仅维持在2 g.L-1左右,但经过长时间保持较稳定的低温运转后,处理生活污水仍然能取得较好的效果,COD平均去除率达80%,同时IMBR还表现出较强的抗冲击负荷能力。Study and experiments have been carried out on treating low temperature sewage by using integrative membrane bio-reactor (IMBR) in Qinghai-Tibet Railway station. The result shows that although the microorganism of the activated sludge cultured under normal temperature is slow in its multiplication on anoxic and low-temperature plateau, its population can adapt to the anoxic and low-temperature environment step by step after natural selection. Since the membrane is used for IMBR to well separate solid and liquid, it can effectively overcome the restrictive conditions related to the sedimentation performance of the sludge. The density of the activated sludge in IMBR only maintains around 2 g · L^-1 under anoxic and low-temperature environment. Whereas, after keeping the stable operation in low temperature for long time, better effect can be achieved for treating domestic sewage. The average COD removal rate obtains 80%. At the same time, inflow COD volume loading has little influence on IMBR effluent.
