非营养性吸吮合并抚触对早产儿喂养不耐受的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨非营养性吸吮(non-nutritive sucking,NNS)合并抚触干预早产儿喂养不耐受的影响及其护理。方法60例早产儿随机分为干预组(30例)和对照组(30例),干预组在常规治疗的基础上给予非营养性吸吮和抚触干预措施,对照组给予常规治疗。常规治疗包括洗胃、通便、静脉营养及小剂量红霉素治疗等。结果干预组症状改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NNS合并抚触干预早产儿喂养不耐受效果显著,是治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的有效措施之一。Objective To study the effect of non-nutritive sucking （NNS） combined with touching on feeding tolerance of premature infants. Methods Sixty premature infants were evenly randomized into 2 groups：intervention group and control group. Intervention group were given non-nutritive sucking combined with touching. Conventional treatment included fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, intravenous nutrition and small dose erythromycin treatment lactic acid treatment. Resuits The symptoms in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion NNS combined with touching intervention has obvious effect on the intolerance feeding in premature infants; it may be an effective method for the treatment of premature infants feeding tolerance.
