摘　　要：随着医学和生物技术的发展,医疗用品的制作材料越来越广泛,工艺越来越精细,对灭菌技术的要求也越来越高。每一种灭菌方法都有其优缺点,采用何种灭菌方法,主要与医疗用品的材质有关。灭菌方法的正确与否可直接影响灭菌物品的性能及使用寿命。该文作者运用工作总结及广泛检索国内外的文献资料,总结各种灭菌方法的优缺点,以探讨手术室各类物品灭菌方法的正确选择。With the development of medicine and biotechnology, the materials of medical items become more diversity, the crafts are much more sophisticated, and the requirements of the sterilization technique are more strictly. Each has advantages and disadvantages, the choice of any sterilization mainly relates with the materials of medical items. The correct choice of sterilization method can directly affect the performance and service life of sterilization items. The author summed up advantages and disadvantages of various sterilization methods through working experience and extensive searching of literature to explore the correct choice of sterilization methods for the items in operating room.
