安阳市2006年腹泻病人志贺菌分离株的群型分布特征

摘　　要：目的掌握安阳市志贺菌属的血清分群特征及变迁。方法采集安阳市各大医院肠道病门诊腹泻病人粪便标本,进行志贺菌分离培养,生化鉴定,并对其进行血清分群。结果289份标本共检出志贺菌70株,分离率为24.2%。其血清分群结果:福氏Ⅰ型志贺菌占12.9%,福氏Ⅱ型志贺菌占7.1%,福氏X变种占57.1%,宋内志贺菌占21.4%。结论2006年安阳市志贺菌引起的腹泻中,福氏志贺菌占首位,且以福氏X变种为主,并发现1株新型菌F4C亚型,该菌型在河南省属首次报道。[ Objective] To investigate the serotype of Shigella and its transition. [ Methods ] Collections of Stool specimens from diarrhea patients were conducted Shigellosis separation cultivation, biochemical identification and fascicular serotype classification. [ Results ] Of 289 specimens, 70 were detected Shigellosis, the separation rate was 24.2%. The results of fascicular serotype classi- fication were S. flexneri I 12.9%, S. flexneri II 7.1%, S. flexner x mutation 57.1%, S. sonnei 21.4%. [Conclusion]S. flexneri which took S. flexneri x as major component held the first place of diarrhea in Anyang in 2006. A new type of F4C subtypes was found as the first report in Henan province.
