摘　　要：地表移动和变形对铁路路基、线路产生严重影响。铁路下采煤应满足一定的采深与采厚比,防止地表突然沉陷或消除和减轻地表变形的叠加影响,应合理布置工作面,留设好铁路煤柱,并采取地面维修措施。The surface movement and deformation have serious influence on the railway embankment and lines. Mining under railway should meet certain mining depth and mining thickness ratio, in order to prevent a sudden surface subsidence and reduce or eliminate the superposition of surface deformation effects, should rationally arrange faces, retain railway pillars, and take measures of ground maintenance.
