摘  要:目的:分析儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)血清多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素水平,为开展儿童ADHD的防治工作提供科学依据。方法:采用多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素试剂盒,运用ELISA方法分析儿童ADHD血清多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素水平。结果:病例组血清多巴胺和去甲肾上腺素水平分别为(1.42±0.34)ng/ml和(177.70±37.92)pg/ml,对照组血清多巴胺和去甲肾上腺素水平分别为(1.94±0.42)ng/ml和(206.20±42.45)pg/ml;与对照组比较,儿童ADHD血清多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素水平均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中枢神经递质在儿童ADHD的发病中可能起到一定的作用。Objective: To analyze serum levels of dopamine and noradrenalin of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) . Methods: ELISA was applied to analyze serum levels of dopamine and noradrenalin of children with ADHD using dopamine and noradrenalin kits. Results: The serum levels of dopamine and noradrenalin of case group were 1.42 - 0. 34 ng/ml and 177. 70 - 37.92 pg/ml, those of control group were 1, 94 - 0. 42 ng/ml and 206.20 - 42.45 pg/ml accordingly. The serum levels of dopamine and noradrenalin had significantly difference between ease and control groups (P〈0. 05) . Conclusion: The the incidence of children with ADHD. play an important role in
