摘　　要：通过对目前连续性医疗服务的特征、意义以及影响服务连续性提供的因素进行探讨,并结合我国卫生服务提供系统的内、外部环境和相关的政策,从宏观上提出了一种连续性服务模式,构建这一连续性医疗服务提供模式,旨在使卫生服务供求关系趋向平衡,降低卫生费用和病人负担,提高卫生资源利用率,使病人能得到更好的医疗服务。This research propose a continuous medical service providing model macroscopically according to the internal and external environment and the policies of the health service providing system in china. Basing on the establishment of this model, the supply-demand of the health services will be balanced, the health expenses and the patient bears will be reduced and the health resources will be better used for the patients.
