医务人员对医疗废弃物管理的认知与态度分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨目前医务人员对医疗废弃物管理的认知与态度,发现存在的问题,为进一步有效地提升医务人员认知水平,规范医疗废弃物的管理提供参考依据。方法:利用调查问卷对山东省3个地级市医疗机构的医务人员进行调查,收集资料后用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果:不同职业医务人员对于医疗废弃物一般性知识的认知以及对医疗废弃物管理的关心程度均有显著性差异(P<0.05),不同受教育程度人员对医疗废弃物管理相关法规、转移联单管理制度的知晓率不同(P<0.05),所属医疗机构级别不同,医务人员对本单位医疗废弃物管理的知晓率不同(P<0.05),99.00%的医务人员认为自己有必要学习相关培训。结论与建议:目前,医务人员对医疗废弃物管理有较高的认知水平,普遍关心医疗废弃物管理工作,我们应因地制宜、加强培训,进一步提升医疗废弃物的管理工作水平。Objective To lay logical foundation of further canonical management about medical waste by discussing the level and problems of cognition and attitude of personnel in Medicine Sectors about medical waste management. Methods The sample, in different Medicine Sectors of three cities of Shandong province, was randomly chosen by using cluster-based sampling method and was surveyed by using self-made questionnaire and the data was dealt with and analyzed by SPSS13.0. Results The variance of cognition of general knowledge of medical waste and variance of concern to medical waste management, the two facet of the medical population of different occupation are statistically significant; the variance of cognition of interrelated statute for medical waste and variance of cognition of medical waste transfer management, the two facet of the medical population of different educational level are statistically significant; the cognition about the own sector＇s medical waste management of the medical population of different Medicine Sectors are different; 99 percent medical population think that he should study some interrelated knowledge. Conclusions The level of cognition in medical waste management was considerably high, we should adjust measures to local conditions and enhance training to further improve the level of medical waste management.
