摘 要:对2006-2007年采自黑龙江、吉林、辽宁的80份小麦白粉病菌标样进行分离、纯化得到113个单孢子堆菌系,经生理小种及群体毒性频率测定,共鉴定出29个生理小种,优势小种均为15号小种。15号小种在2006年和2007年的频率分别为15.3%和14.8%,其次为415号和11号小种。小麦白粉菌毒性基因v1v、3 av、3 b、v3 cv、5、v6、v7v、8、v1+2+9和v17毒力频率较高(>66%),而v2v、4、v12、v16和v21毒力频率较低(<21%),说明目前在东北春麦区含有Pm2、Pm4、Pm12、Pm16和Pm21等抗病基因的品种在育种中有较高的利用价值。Physiological races and virulence structures of B. graminis were tested with 80 powdery mildewed samples that were obtained from Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning Provinces during 2006--2007. As a result, 113 souses of B. graminis were isolated and identified, and 29 physiological races were identified, among which No. 15 was the dominant race, with its frequency as 15.3% in 2006 and 14.8~ in 2007, respectively, followed by No. 415 and 11. The virulence frequencies of vl , v3a , v3b, v3c, 7:5, v6, v7, v8, vl +2+9 and v17 were high (〉66%), but those of v2, v4, v12, v16 and v21 were low (〈21%). It is therefore suggested that all of the current cultivars with one or more of the resistant genes Pro2, Prn4, Prn12, Prn16, Pro21 might be valuable for resistance breeding.
