摘 要:点支式中空夹层玻璃兼具良好的节能、安全性能,已得到了越来越广泛的应用。现有关于点支式中空夹层玻璃板的研究还比较有限,国内现行规范尚未规定中空夹层玻璃的设计方法。从夹层玻璃、中空玻璃的受弯承载性能出发,使用有限元方法对点支式中空夹层玻璃板的受弯承载性能进行了分析,并与试验结果进行对比。分析结果表明,点支式中空夹层玻璃在短期试验中表现出典型的几何线性特征,在长期持续荷载作用下位移有一定程度的增长,的有限元计算与试验测值吻合得较好,证明将PVB材料视为线弹性体进行计算是可行的。Point-supported insulating-laminated glass panel shows excellent properties in energy conservation and safety, and gets more and more widely used in curtain wall constructions. There' re few studies on point-supported insulating-laminated panel's bending behavior, and current domestic code has not included the correlated design. Based on the laminated, insulating panels' bending behavior, this paper uses finite element method to analyze the point-supported insulating-laminated panel's behavior and makes comparisons with the experimental measurement. It has been proved in this paper, that point-supported insu- lating-laminated panel shows geometrical linear property under short-term load, and that the displacement increases when bearing long-terrn load. The PVB has been taken as linear elastic material in this paper, and the calculations meet with the experimental measurements well.
