摘 要:对CRH2型200km/h动车组转向架的研制过程进行了简要回顾,全面介绍了转向架的设计思想和结构;与原型车E2-1000系比较,进行了一系列适应性改进设计。针对列车的运用环境和检修水平,重点对转向架一系定位结构及轴承设计进行了变更,并采取了相应的环境对策。该转向架自投入运用以来,良好的性能表现确保了CRH2型动车组的长期稳定运营。It is briefly reviewed the development process of the bogie for CRH2 200 km/h EMUs. The design ideas and structures are fully introduced. Compared with the prototype E2-1000, series of adaptative improvement have been done to its design. Based on the operation environment and inspection level, modifications are made to the primary positioning structure and axle design of the bogie and relative environmental measures are taken. Ever since the bogie operation,its excellent performances ensure the long-term stable operation of CRH2 EMUs
