摘 要:为了明确黄淮麦区小麦品种(系)中1BL/1RS易位系的分布情况,为选育优质小麦品种提供亲本选配的相关信息,利用1BL/1RS小麦-黑麦复合PCR分子标记,对211份供试材料进行了检测。结果表明,供试材料中,非1BL/1RS品种(系)118份,占55.9%;1BL/1RS品种(系)81份,占38.4%;1BL/1RS易位杂合品种(系)12份,占5.7%。各育种单位在1BL/1RS品种(系)的利用上有显著差异。在66份大面积推广的品种中易位系占45.5%,略高于全部供试材料中1BL/1RS的频率。强筋小麦品种绝大多数为非易位系。In order to illustrate the distribution of wheat-rye 1BL/1RS translocation lines in Huang-Huai wheat region of China, and to provide important information for strong gluten wheat breeding, a total of 211 wheat cultivars(lines) were examined by a co-dominant multiplex PCR for the presence of 1BL/1RS in this paper. The results showed that among the 211 wheat cultivars (lines) from Huang- Huai wheat region of China, the cultivars with 1B/1B normal genotype, 1BL/1RS translocation geno-type and heterozygous genotype were 118, 81 and 12, respectively, and their ratio were 55.9%, 38.4 % and 5.7 % correspondingly. Various breeding programs had significant difference in the utilization of 1BL/1RS translocation in wheat breeding. In the 66 cultivars which were sowed extensively in Huang-Huai wheat region of China, the frequency of 1BL/1BS translocation lines was 45.5%, which was a litter higher than that in the total materials. Most of the strong gluten wheat varieties were non- translocation lines.
