摘　　要：随着新技术的运用和世界经济全球化进程的迅速发展,我国聚酯行业已成为完全市场竞争性行业,形成了国有、民营和外资三足鼎立的竞争态势。本文在总结我国聚酯工业发展现状及特点的基础上,对国有聚酯企业在中国聚酯行业发展中的优劣势进行了全面分析并提出了相应对策。With the application of new technology and rapid development of the world economy globalization process, polyester industry has become a full market competitive industry, and formed the competitive situation of the state - owned, private and foreign capital industry. In this paper, the development status and characteristics of polyester industriy are summarized, the advantages and disadvantages of stateowned polyester enterprises in polyester industry development are analyzed and its corresponding countermeasure is put forward.
