宁波市工业用地节约和集约利用问题研究

摘　　要：研究目的:综合评价宁波市不同行业工业用地节约和集约利用程度,为指导工业用地节约和集约利用提供依据。研究方法:层次分析法、综合指数评价方法。研究结果:(1)宁波市工业用地节约和集约利用水平与工业行业有关;(2)工业用地所在地经济发展水平是影响工业用地节约和集约利用最重要的外部因素。研究结论:通过加强工业用地管理、制定不同行业工业用地节约和集约用地标准,完善考核机制和土地市场机制等措施,促进工业用地节约和集约利用。The purpose of the paper is to synthetically appraise the degree of land use intensity of different industries in Ningbo in order to provide reference to guide economical and intensive use of industrial land. Methods employed include synthesis evaluation and AHP. The results indicate that the level of industrial land use intensity is associated with different industries in Ningbo. The local economic level is the most important external factor influencing the intensity of industrial land use. It is concluded that the level of economical and intensive use of industrial land can be improved by strengthening industrial land management, making economical and intensive use standards for different industries, and consummating the mechanisms of assessment and land market and so on.
