一点穿刺双向注药法硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨剖宫产手术采用一点穿刺、双向注药法硬膜外麻醉的麻醉效果。方法:100例剖宫产手术患者随机分成2组:双向注药法硬膜外麻醉组(T组)和单向注药法硬膜外麻醉组(O组),每组50例,观察病人的MAP、HR和SpO2的变化及手术时手术医生麻醉效果评估。结果:T组病人的MAP波动较O组小(P<0.01),麻醉镇痛达优率优于O组(P<0.05)。结论:采用一点穿刺、双向注药法硬膜外麻醉,提高了剖宫产手术的麻醉效果。Objective： To observe the effect of epidural anesthesia with the technique of one - point puncture and two - way injection for cesarean section. Methods ：100 patients for cesarean section under epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups： two - way injection group （ group T, n = 50 ） and one - way injection group （ group O, n = 50）. MAP, HR, SpO2 and obstetricians＇ evaluation of anesthesia effect were recorded. Results：The MAP changes in groups T, were significantly less than in group O （P 〈0.01 ） ; The anesthesia satisfaction in group T was higher than in group O （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Using the technique of one - point puncture and two - way injection can improve effect of epidural anesthesia for cesarean section.
