高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离质谱联用研究决明子提取物中的化学成分

摘　　要：利用反相高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离质谱(HPLC-ESI-MS)联用技术分析决明子(Cassia obtusifolia)提取物中化学成分,根据其分子离子峰的质荷比(m/z)及文献报道进行结构鉴定.从决明子乙醇提取液中分离出20多种成分,确认了9种成分的结构,通过研究已知的9种成分的保留时间、质谱特征,初步建立了一个决明子化合物的数据库,利用这些数据可快速鉴定决明子提取物中已知的化合物,并能够对未知化合物做一定程度的结构分析.液-质联用的研究方法快速、灵敏,对天然产物特别是微量成分结构分析具有指导作用.The chemical components in crude extraction of the Cassia obtusifolia were analyzed by HPLC-electrosprary ionization-mass spectrometry（ESI-MS） and the structure was elucidated according to mass-to-charge ratio（m/z） of molecule ionic peak,the fragmental and reference.There were more than 20 chemical components isolated and 9 chemical components determined.The data obtained for chemical components using this method provide a Cassia obtusifolia profile database which is useful for the rapid identification of Cassia obtusifolia,and the method of HPLC-electrosprary ionization-mass spectrometry（ESI-MS） is rapid and sensitive which is suitable for application in the field of natural products analysis.
